    Know it's not a sexy subject. Not like the Shake Weight or the Brazilian Butt Lift. But I don't care because this is where it all starts. If you

    1. Don't have much core strength
    2. Cannot move parts of your body through a full range of motion(Mobility)
    3. Cannot resist the forces of gravity (Stability)

    You're going to stall in your weight loss/muscle gaining efforts.... You're going to feel creaky. You're not going to be the best you can be. Period.

    Hold for 15-30 seconds with perfect form. Think " drive elbow down and pop that hip up" This will help you engage more muscle and to feel it where you meant to feel it.
