    Here is a knee and back friendly exercise routine you can do if you have access to a gym. Do 2 sets of 15 reps or 3 sets of 8 reps with a heavier weight. Keep the rest period between exercises and sets around 30 - 60 seconds.

    This will work on your knee stability, hip mobility, core strength and mobility and upper body strength. Good stuff.
