    I am so passionate about this. Everyday myself and my clients work on this. This is the foundation for your body, your health and fitness. It is that important.

    When a part of your body is not working like it should, for example hip mobility your joints above and below have to pick up the slack( your low back and your knees).

    Now your low back and knees are providing mobility, when their true function is stability. Bad things can start to happen. Maybe not today. Maybe not tomorrow. But it will happen.
