    Know I'm going on and on about this but it's just that important.

    Growing up has a tall kid, I hunched over a lot because I was afraid of my height and just not a confident kid. This improved has an adult but my poor posture habits now has contributed to the chronic pain I have today.

    I want you to learn from my mistakes. This is why I sound like a broken record. Do yours...elf and your body a favor and do 2 exercises today.....................
