  1. MY GOD IT'S FINALLY THE WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!

    Please, don't let all that time and effort you put in during the week to stay healthy and fit go to hell in a hand basket during the weekend.

    You are too good for that.

    Stay active on the weekends. Play with your children. Run some errands. If it's do cold to go outside do some housework ( not my favorite either) .

    Or do this quick bodyweight trai...ning if you feel the need

    1. Bodyweight squats 6 reps
    2. Pushups 6 reps
    3. Jumping jacks 6 reps

    Complete as a circuit. Go through the circuit again doing 5 reps. The repeat doing 4 then 3 all the way down to 1. Rest when needed.

    Makes housework look pretty good doesn't it?
