SPEED UP YOUR TRAINING(INSIDER TIPS)
The number one all time excuse for not exercising and get healthy is "i don't have the time". Use these 3 tips to bust that excuse.
1. Choose big exercise like a squat, a press or a pull. Do that exercise for 15 seconds. Rest for 15 seconds . Do 8 times.
2. Choose a big exercise. Do as many reps in 30 seconds. Rest 90 seconds. Do that again and beat the first set. Your body will love that.
3. Choose 5 exercises. Do has a circuit, on after the other with limit rest. Do 3- 5 circuits , doing between 12-15 reps. Your body will thank you.
