  1. IT'S THE OTHER 23 HOURS THAT COUNT

    That hour a day were we exercise, eat right and feel like we've accomplished something. Awesome.

    Then we may fall into bad habits(me included). We slouch. We don't sit or stand up straight. We have the extra drink or another serving of our favorite indulgence( chips are mine). We don't get enough sleep.

    We undo all of our good work. Those other 23 hours are the ones that really count. Please be aware of all this, this all week.
