  1. YOUR POSTURE............................AGAIN

    This is where I always start. Whether your just starting to exercise, you're experienced exerciser or if you're feeling any sort of pain. Posture is where I start.

    Poor posture has played a huge part in my chronic conditions . But nobody told me. Not my chiropractor. Not my doctor. Not my orthopedist. My mother told me to stand up straight occasiona...lly. That's about it.

    Wish I could turn back the clock. But I cannot. However you can learn from my mistakes. It is not too late. If you feeling a little creaky do this


    Take 5 deep breaths. Do this before you exercise or when your feeling creaky. Your body will thank you.
