I believe that there comes certain times in your life where you are forced to make a choice. I also believe in fate. I believe that you meet certain people in your life for a reason. You actually might not even be aware of what those people can or will do for you at the time you meet them. Other times you just know that this "person" will have a profound effect on choices that you make going forward in your life. You need to make a instinctual and fact based choices with all the information gathered on what path to choose.
This choices however, are not always clear. It can be fairly cloudy and full of risk. I will then go to my "gut feeling" going forward.
(BECAUSE MOVING BACKWARDS AND STANDING STILL-SUCK)
At some point in order to move forward and make significant change you will have to weigh the risk vs. reward. Depending on your personality and tolerance for risk, this could be a difficult choice.
I typically will right a list of pros and cons on a sheet of paper or a dry erase board and ponder them for some time. Because there are always gonna be the "what if" statements coming from your head. What if this happens or what if that happens. So what? Is it really then end of the world if you make the wrong choice and end up failing? No it is not! WE learn by failure. It is part of the process and how we react to failure is what makes us stronger going forward.
In order to make a healthier you you need to make a choice. Is it worth it? The more important question is: "Am I worth the risk?" To me the answer is simple of course you are. You are always better than you think you are, and I'm telling you this right now.
So the next time you meet someone new in your life, ponder if they will make a difference in it. Ponder the implications of you taking a chance on a change in your life. You will be surprised at how just paying attention to these little things will affect your life in the long run.
