Tonia specializes in helping the 40+ population improve fitness, strength, flexibility, functionality and cardiovascular health. She offers well-rounded, safe exercise and training programs. She has experience with post-rehab and corrective exercise.
Certifications include: Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor,ME Nutrition 1, Silver Sneakers & Yoga Instructor.
Tonia will train her clients in their homes, in her training studio, at a local gym, or in the workplace.
