Fall is my favorite season, but the change in weather and daylight can throw your health and fitness routine out the window. Don't let the cooler season get the best of you. Lazy days of Summer are behind us and the busy hustle and bustle of Fall is here! Between work, the holidays, grocery shopping, errands, etc., it's easy to push exercise to the bottom of the list. yikes, it day 40 and ive only lost 2 lbs, well, life seriously takes it toll when you are moving, that was such a big headache but sooo worth it, i am so happy in my new home. my exercise habits pretty much were cut in half, also I did not have a fridge for 5 days, which put a huge damper on my meals, WOW talk about eating out not being healthy, its so expensive I dont know how peole do it all the time My car got flooded and I just got internet today , so I am gladly writing my blog again with no complaints. Seeing that all this was going on i must say i still did pretty well.
So i know its been a few days but i have decided to be a bit more relaxed this weekend we have so much going onnust like everyone else, food, family,party, etc eveyrone needs a time out now and then . I was sore after fridays workout well my arms were cause like i said i wanted to increase the arm workout because my leg is still bit messed up. I did that fo sho!!!! i walked on hollywood boardwalk saturday trying to make it feel like home . I love it . Its a mini south beach I hope evryone is having a safe weekend . Make smart choices!
When I was a little kid I used to think that anyone over the age of 20 was old and if you were old enough to be a grandma or a grandpa you were really, really, really old. It's so funny that when we are young we can't wait to be older and when we are older we wish we were younger. There is something about the human psyche about wanting what we don't have.
