 I attended my first IDEA pti EAST Conference this past weekend and was thrilled to learn from and work out with industry leaders Todd Durkin, Rodney Corn, Pete Holman, Fraser Quelsh, Shannon Fable, Fabio Comana, Mitch Batkin, Len Kravitz, Hayley Hollander and Pete McCall. The lectures were chock full of new and exciting ideas, as well as tried and true methodology, and were beyond inspiring. Todd Durkin’s “Blueprint for Success” was inspirational and fun and the takeaway from that session was huge.

Hi everyone,  thanks again for reading today.  I am in the proccess of moving to Scottsdale Arizona and wow what a stressful time.  I HATE MOVING!!!  I decided that where im living now is just to small of a town for me to expand the way that I want to sooooo here we go.  I'm trying to move perminatly by April first but hoping to move sooner than that.  If anyone has any advice as to where to start promoting myself in the north/central Scottsdale Az area please fill me in asap.

I am extremely passionate about health and wellness! Having conquered my own weight issues, utilizing Weight Watchers, I am compelled to help others like myself! I suffer from Rheumatoid arthritis, and I was fortunate enough to find a great friend/personal trainer/mentor, Terri Good, that showed me that anything can be done by any BODY as long as you have the WANT and DRIVE for it! I loved nothing more than the feeling I get after a hard workout, but mostly, I love sharing that feeling with others and seeing the look of accomplishment on others faces!
