Looking at the whole picture from foot to core helps us to gain a better understanding as to why there may be an imbalance occuring. This is why as a Barefoot Training Specialist, I look at my clients feet and the way they walk.

I realize the title is grammatically incorrect, but that's what this post is all about! I just went through an amazing two-day workshop all about FEET! Dr. Emily Splichal, Podiatrist and Human Movement Specialist, came to Rochester, MN to teach us all about feet and barefoot training! Needless to say, it was an amazing anatomy review. You lose a lot if you're not consistantly using it. It was also an incredible amount of information regarding the biomechanics of the foot and what we has bipedal creatures are designed to do!
