Some days it's a chore to get out of bed, to get through the morning routine, through the workday. Life gets busy and fitting in time to workout is not always a priority. One thing I've learned is that no matter how much of a chore it may be getting to the gym or fitting in a workout - once I get there and challenge my body to react, to be fluid, to breathe -  that's a decision I could never regret. I feel revitalized, cleansed, strong- physically and mentally. Destressed and prepared for lifes' challenges. Build a strong frame to last and never regret a workout.
