The Biggest Loser is one of the most popular reality and weight loss TV shows of all time. For the past eleven years, millions have tuned in to watch over 100 obese contestants compete to earn the prestigious title of: The Biggest Loser. While this show is a “reality” TV show, there are several things that a person looking to get in shape can learn from it.

One of my clients is a fan of the show, and she asked me what I thought. After talking to her, watching an episode, and doing some online research, I’d say there are things to learn from this well-intentioned program, but I also have some concerns.
