A quick, intensive workout today, guaranteeing to bring your heart rate up:Warm up for about 10 minutes. Then, do the following 3 exercises for the total of 30 seconds EACH of them:1. Prisoner squats (squat with your hands behind your neck)2. Front plank (make sure to maintain the body straight and parallel to the floor)
