The dreaded “C” word, cardiovascular exercise or cardio for short. This is often done as part of some resolution you’ve made around New Years to lose weight. Or punishment for that juicy hamburger you ate last night.Did you really need that extra serving of fries? Come on, you know that answer.
One of my goals for 2015 was to be more active on my social media pages to help motivate and inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle. I started off with posting motivation quotes every morning, and motivational videos that I found on youtube. Youtube videos have been a huge impact on my fitness journey and will continue to be. Everyone should have some source of external motivation when they can't find any internal motivation to get them to workout.
So as I have recently posted, I have been sticking to a three day a week full body workout with cardio days mixed in. Still, as I am such a big proponent of mixing workout up, today's and tomorrows workout have been changed.

We have the following classes weekly at Curves of St Marys. Curves Circuit with Zumba Fitness on Tuesday at 11 am and Thursday at 5:45.
