I'm starting two new bootcamp classes in LA. One will run Monday/Wednesday at 8am the other Tuesday/Friday at 7pm starting this coming week. Classes are $125 for 8 sessions or $20/drop in. It's good for all ages and levels. You'll even find some familiar UCB faces I've been torturing for some time now.
Like many fitness enthusiasts, I utilize outdoor running for a good portion of my cardio training.
There are so many benefits to running on the street, paved paths, or nature trails. I enjoy the sights and sounds of being outdoors. I also like running with a natural and free range of motion that indoor machines don't quite offer. The topography of the land adds automatic incline and decline challenges without pressing a button. The outdoor setting also allows me to enjoy another hobby simultaneously: Bird Watching.

This week we’ll complete a circuit of exercises, resting between each exercise, and then repeat the circuit 4 more times. Use the same weight for all exercises. You can use any number of pieces of equipment – a barbell, dumbbells, kettlebell, sandbell, sandbag or medicine ball for your weight. No other equipment is necessary!
As much as I am an advocate for not eating late at night, I am just as human as the rest of you, lol. When I do snack late for whatever reason, these are some of my "ok" choices.
But before I get into these awesome healthy snacks, lets look at WHY you may feel the need to snack late.
There are plenty of reasons why you may get food cravings at midnight:
1. Dehydration, in my book, is one of the main reasons.
3. You're genuinely hungry because of an early dinner.
5. You may suffer from low salt or sugar levels.
