This week we’ll complete a circuit of exercises, resting between each exercise, and then repeat the circuit 4 more times. Use the same weight for all exercises. You can use any number of pieces of equipment – a barbell, dumbbells, kettlebell, sandbell, sandbag or medicine ball for your weight. No other equipment is necessary!
As much as I am an advocate for not eating late at night, I am just as human as the rest of you, lol. When I do snack late for whatever reason, these are some of my "ok" choices.
But before I get into these awesome healthy snacks, lets look at WHY you may feel the need to snack late.
There are plenty of reasons why you may get food cravings at midnight:
1. Dehydration, in my book, is one of the main reasons.
3. You're genuinely hungry because of an early dinner.
5. You may suffer from low salt or sugar levels.

The phrase Interval Training is very often said. We have less and less of it each year it seems. The demands on our time are greater. Exercise seems less of a priority. Who has an hour to train these days anyway? Here are 2 tips to make your training time more efficient.
Smoke your legs and your core with this short but intense circuit.
1. Bodyweight Speed Squats 1min
2. Front plank 30 seconds.
rest 30 seconds
3. Jumping jacks or jump rope 1min
4. Side plank 30 seconds each side.
Rest 1 min and repeat 1 or 2 more times.
