Essential oils rule! If you haven't noticed the craze the past few years, essential oils are everywhere. They have many different uses, such as for stress relief, disinfecting, cleaning, body care, and sometimes medicinal uses for home remedies. My current favorite use involves using them with an oil diffuser. I keep one at my fitness studio to create a warmer and healthier environment. Here are a few that are my favorites. 5. Take time to re-energize your body during the longer days ahead. Getting plenty of fresh air and sunlight can help the body to re-balance itself naturally. Visit your local farmer's market to take advantage of all of the fresh fruits and veggies coming in to season.
