Essential oils rule! If you haven't noticed the craze the past few years, essential oils are everywhere. They have many different uses, such as for stress relief, disinfecting, cleaning, body care, and sometimes medicinal uses for home remedies. My current favorite use involves using them with an oil diffuser. I keep one at my fitness studio to create a warmer and healthier environment. Here are a few that are my favorites. 5.
