You can be strong, even if you struggle to gain lean mass or lose fat. You have the ability to get stronger, right now regardless of where your at. Take it form me. I was 6' 2inches and a whopping 145 pounds in my early 20's. With alot of guess work and reading and watching what people do in the gym i am now a strong 180 pounds. Focusing on getting stronger will help with lean mass , fat loss and whatever goals you have. Cause stronger is better. Period.

Yes, you can put this in the same headline. Yes, it does exist, along as the carbohydrates are of the unprocessed kind with fiber. Think peas, spinach, broccoli and a baked potatoes.

The key variable in fat loss training is keeping the rest intervals short. 30 sec or less is ideal. Here is a sample training for you.
5 exercises done in a circuit. 30 seconds work. 30 sec rest. Rest 90 sec at the end of circuit. Do 3 times.
A1 Dumbbell or Golbet squat.
A2 Push ups any variation
A3 Dumbbell Alternating Forward Lunge
A4 Dumbbell Row -any variation
A5 Romanian Deadlift - or any deadlift variation
