Hi everyone,  thanks again for reading today.  I am in the proccess of moving to Scottsdale Arizona and wow what a stressful time.  I HATE MOVING!!!  I decided that where im living now is just to small of a town for me to expand the way that I want to sooooo here we go.  I'm trying to move perminatly by April first but hoping to move sooner than that.  If anyone has any advice as to where to start promoting myself in the north/central Scottsdale Az area please fill me in asap.

As a trainer, I encourage my clients to include some jogging/running in his or her exercise program.  Here are a few reasons why I do encourage my clients to jog/run.Jogging/Running works different muscles than walking, even at the same speeds.Jogging/Running gives a heavier body a reason to start becoming lean.Jogging/Running will make you more efficient at walking.Jogging/Running may help contribute to bone density.

 Nutrition and exercise programs for fat loss are very specific.  If your goal is fat loss you have to eat and exercise for fat loss.  New clients are always eager to tell me that they eat healthy and walk/run regularly.   Well, eating healthy and eating for fat loss are 2 different things.  Exercising for health and exercising for fat loss are 2 different things.Nutrition for fat loss incorporates foods that fuel/repair your body, timing key nutrients and eliminating foods that do not support your goal.
