Most people question my lifestyleon why do you sleep so little? Why dont you go out on the weekends? One chocolate wont hurt you! You cant afford to eat this or drink that!?Yes you're right I can but it's my choice,my path,my book, and as you can tell I dont care to be like what your standards are. I have set my own and by no means mine are better than just partying all night and getting wasted on the weekends. We all places that we want to go, and be in life.
Are you a catalyst for community-wide fitness promotion?Would you consider helping me to reach out to the sedentary population to reintegrate physical activity into their daily routine? Sharing her perspective in the preface of her book Instant Recess the late Dr. Antronette Yancey, MD, MPH wrote

You don’t always have time to hit the gym, the trails or your workout environment of preference as much as you like. Travel, life, family and other plans can get in the way, but as a fitness pro you know that anywhere can be your “gym.” It might require a little creativity, but breaking out of your routine is almost always a good thing. Just because a special event has put a kink in your usual plans doesn’t mean you have to skip your workout. You just have to get more innovative.
You have a passion for fitness, or maybe just a particular niche (like Zumba). You’re so committed that you went ahead and got certified in your fitness love of choice, read regular blogs on the subject and perhaps dream of owning your own yoga studio one day. That’s an admirable goal, but it’s also a highly competitive field. However, there’s not just one type of personality that has the makings for a successful fitness entrepreneur.
