Tammy, working on her slams! Slams are a form of plyometrics. Thought plyos was only jumping? No, plyometrics needs to include 3 things: 1) separation (separation of ball from hands in this case) 2) Speed (speed of ball) 3) Power( how much power is used to get separation and speed).
