so pushing it with 7 workouts last week was trully hard, this week i think I have the same, i am really tired and my muscles are exausted. i have to eat a bit more carbs this week to keep up with all this muscle abuse.This week I am going to make cauliflower mashed potatoes, from my nutritionist freind Sunny, and also I will try one new recipe out of my fitness mags, I will let you know which one when i decide.Today will be another rest day, because I need it badly. Something really hit home today and I really feel the need to share it. It seems like we as a society we are continuously looking for motivation in order accomplish a task or attempt someting new. Today I realized that getting motivated is turning more and more into an excuse not to do something. If we aren't motivated enough to do something we come up with anything to distract us form "getting motivated" in order to accomplish a task.
