A few weeks ago the local newspaper, The La Crosse Tribune, shared an article about gym etiquette. The article covered several major points to keep in my while at the gym, mostly the ones you think of right away like wear gym clothes, clean up equipment after yourself, smile, and share equipment. As those stand as major “rules” to keep in mind, there are several more that I feel belong on the list. These rules don’t necessary trump any other rule as all of the rules should be treated equally.
Footballers like those of Premiership are known for their supreme fitness and perfectly sculpted legs that are loved by women and coveted by men. Footballers need to be in top shape since they run for long periods of time and must keep up with the opposing team. With a few gym exercises and the proper diet plan you can have the muscular legs and endurance of a footballer while improving your overall health.
I have a friend; let's call him Derek.
Derek was an avid athlete and spent his fair time in the gym in University. The guy wasn't ripped but had some muscle. Derek is brilliant. So much so that he landed a 6-figure job directly out of University in New York. Fast-forward 5 years and he's making $500,000+ a year.
Today and from now on, pack your gym bag the night before you go to work and put it in aplace where you almost trip over it! You will be less likely to forget your training session that you have already scheduled!
