OK....so, I posted a video to my Facebook page (www.facebook.com/dmofitness) this morning with the caption, "You don't have to be great to start, but you do have to start to be great".  I went on to say that "The hardest part of anything is to get started....just do it!  You will be glad you did".  AND....I tell people all the time that I completely understand how hard it is to start a health/fitness program....that starting is the most difficult part of it.

It not always about what you look like in the mirror...sometimes, just sometimes it's about being healthy! Stop striving for the 6-pack and start striving for better health by just moving more and eating a little better.

Natural Reflections
As this year comes to a close and we are ready to begin the New Year, most of us vow to make major changes in the coming weeks.  We attempt to live a healthier life, without taking the time to reflect on what that “healthier life” will look and feel like.  We think we need to change everything at once, but the fact is this is not realistic and we find our willpower depleted after a few weeks and give up.
