We've all seen the advertisements. Workouts focusing on how many calories you "burn" within a given time frame. After all, it's what most of us want to know right? Cause if I burn so many calories, it can justify so many other actions that I take within the day, week, month. How did we get to a point as a society where our views have become so narrow minded, that the calorie "burn" is the only thing that matters?
