yes i can
so rememebr I said i was injured , ha!!! not only my leg but my neck has been hindering my movements. I must extend this process to 45 days , seeing as this week, is practically a waste for me. I am teaching but half way, I have not done anything extra at all, and if I stop, then this puts me 1 week behind. I have to be fair to myself, because life happens, I used to push through the pain, but ya i was much younger and healed faster, now healing feels like im at turtle speed.

Fast, exhausting cross-country involved to a greater extent the musculoskeletal system (muscles) and cardio-respiratory system, and thus is much more efficient when it comes to use of energy (calorie burning).Information Resource By Kyle Leon Reviews

1. Understand Their Cognitive AbilitiesAccording to the American Psychological Association, teens may be emotionally immature, but they have reached cognitive maturity by age 16 (Steinberg et al. 2009). By then they have developed reasoning skills, logical thinking, metacognition (thinking about their thinking) and abstract thinking (Huebner 2012). Don’t talk down to teens; instead, ensure that exercises make sense to them.
