Functional Fitness- For Stronger Living
Hi friends, I'm so happy you’ve expressed an interest in tea (and tisanes)! Here is a list from Café K’Tizo, in Wheaton, IL that my wife and I like and love. Of course, have fun exploring your local tea boutique and finding out what you like best and making your tea (steep time/strength/water type/temperature) also accordingly to your preference. You'll never buy tea from the grocery store again! 1. SENCHA (ORGANIC)- I LIKE THIS ONE IN THE MID-MORNING OR EARLY AFTERNOON.

You might think this is the most basic/common sense post ever, yet I wouldn’t talk about it, if I didn’t see importance in it. I’m one who doesn’t believe in small talk or pointless conversations.

There could be a connection between making healthy food choices and being under the age of 30. Studies have shown that the younger generations, in particular millennials, are more health-conscious about the food they eat. Many millennials will make healthy choices when they go to the vending machines, assuming those healthy choices are there in the first place.
