Happy Monday!  Not just any Monday, the one after Daylight Savings time in the spring where you are a little groggy and "zombie-like" for the first few days.  However, I'm sure many of you are willing to deal with the fog knowing there will be more daylight in the evening and warmer temperaures.

I was asked today "What do you do when you just don't feel like working out" I have those days, as a matter of fact I had one yesterday, and they are just a part of being human. Even the most motivated person still can use a push every now and then. My suggestion is to keep motivating quotes around so that, even when you arent looking for it, sometimes a little motivation will come your way. I keep one on my wall in my room, I have on in my car, and i have one up at my desk at the office.... and sometimes they give me just the little "umph" i need to get moving.
