We are living in a Results driven society.Everyone wants microwavable results.Quick.Fast.In a hurry.The problem is these results that they seek require long term effort.They are so wrapped up in purchasing the next new thing and forget to use basic fundamentals laws of health and wellness. They will trade sleep for an energy drink. They will trade a decent meal for an appetite suppressant.This is a crude wakeup call.You cant live like this forever!
