DIETS DON'T WORK  (My top 3 secrets)  Never gone on a diet in my life. The see- food diet doesn't count right?  I'm far from perfect when it come to food, yet I have remained around 5 pounds, up and down from my ideal weight, for the last 10 years.  Wanna know my secret?  1.
