This is a big one for a lot of us.  Especially if you have a goal in mind, or it seems its right in front of you. I always think of the proverbial carrot and donkey scenario.  Fitness or "getting in shape" can feel like this A LOT! You work hard, it seems like you see an improvement, then you get in front of an "ugly" mirror in some changing room in the clothing store that has the worst (overhead) lighting possible, and you feel terrible. Don't do this to yourself! You need to be kind to yourself and PATIENT!  Do you FEEL better?
