Today it seems that everyone has heard of it, tried it or is participating in Pilates.

I love teaching Pilates! And I love doing Pilates! It is one of my favorite forms of exercise, but I feel like many people just don't know what it is. I think the best way to discover Pilates is to work with an instructor and really feel what it does for your body.
