Over the next 33 days I will be taking you on a journey.This journey will be a daily documented walk through my life of exercise and nutrition. Today, as well as days 2 & 3 will be more about the preperation and set-up to help me get ready to tackle the next 30 days. I do not normally look at my nutrtion and exercise as "30 day challenges", however that is what I am asking of you. Challenge yourself to be as good as you can be for 30 days.
