In a little over a year since I became a full-time trainer for the YMCA, I've been approached by seven individuals who have a business proposal (creating a side business) that will supposedly grant me financial freedom. This world is truly over-informed. Think about it. Every other infomercial has something to do with fitness. These 'Fitness Transformation' TV shows are running rampant. The internet is absolutely LITTERED with different programs that will all gurantee you the same result, "Lose weight in 21 days!" "Get diamond chisseled abs with this diet and exercise program in 30 days!" "Become a different, healthier, and fitter you in 90 days!"
Over the years that I have spent since my life changing event of blowing out my knee, and realizing what it means to truly be hurt and know your weaknesses. This event in my life taught me how much of a challenge it is to get back on your feet after life has knocked you down and knocked you out. The big question is, "Do you want it bad enough?" As Rocky said, "...But it aint about how hard you're hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much can you take and keep moving forward?

Hi everyone, thanks again for reading today. I am in the proccess of moving to Scottsdale Arizona and wow what a stressful time. I HATE MOVING!!! I decided that where im living now is just to small of a town for me to expand the way that I want to sooooo here we go. I'm trying to move perminatly by April first but hoping to move sooner than that. If anyone has any advice as to where to start promoting myself in the north/central Scottsdale Az area please fill me in asap.
