In this entry, I want to discuss tricep training. What most clients don't realize is that the triceps are the majority part of the arm. So a lot of my clients who are looking to build arm size, should not just be training biceps all day, but need to emphasize tricep work as well. When training the triceps, it's very important to keep the elbows locked. When bringing up the weight, try to bring up the weight at a 90 degree angle and not too high.
