I often encounter people  who do not realize how important or life changing taking the correct supplements can be for their health.  Many MD's will not encourage or suggest them because they were not trained on supplements in medical school.  The fact is an MD is trained in Pharmacology.  Hence, they prescibe medications to treat patients.  Ahhh..now that makes sense.  Patients trust the Doc, they go to the Doc and the Doc gives them medicine......

We are all individually designed and so should be our vitamins.  One size does not fit all! In the past, I have walked into the supplement store not knowing what I need or how much I should be taking.  ID Life takes the guess work out of it.  Our products are natural with over 18 years of clinical studies. Take the opportunity to see what your healthscore says.  It's FREE, you can save it, print it and take it to your doctor.  Ask WHY!jennifergiroux.idlife.com

"Your Body, Your Move!" A Blog from Move Well Fitness, LLC.
Fitness supplements you must have is our topic.Whether you choose to use them for bodybuilding, performance enhancement or just general health, supplements are just as normal in today’s society as drinking water on a hot and humid summer day, lol!At one point in time (long ago), there was not a need for everyone to include supplements in their daily eating habits. However, because of our busy lifestyles, poor food sources and the mass production of food, our food is not as rich in vitamins and nutrients as it was 60-70 years ago.

Functional Fitness- For Stronger Living
Marconutrients:At each meal/snack if you consume a good balance of proteins, fats, and carbs, you will experience sustained energy. Some call this the metabolic test.Micronutrients:Getting the correct balance of vitamins and minerals into the body at the cellular level is much harder to do. If there is one thing I learned from my degree in nutrition it was the complexity of interactions of vitamins and minerals and the mirad of outcomes from such. What do you do?

Holiday season is indeed one of the busiest times of the year. You go Christmas shopping, planning and attending parties, decorating your house to feel the holiday vibe, going out on holiday trips with friends and families, dinners left and right and it’s just too awful to get yourself sick.

Despite the rich festive diet, recent health research has shown wintertime is a season when the human organism is most prone to malnourishment and diseases. Blame it on the chilly weather and more severe virus outbreaks, ascribe it to less sun, fewer fresh food supplies and lower mobility or even tick it off to human tendency to go all lazy, lethargic and soft over the holidays, the medical facts still stand.
