We win as we proceed towards the finish line: by persistently taking steps towards our goals, by making daily decisions to do something healthy for ourselves rather than sleep in one hour longer, by sticking to our resolutions of eating healthy and “clean”. We win over the weeks, months and years, as we steadily progress towards our goals. We win if we are at it 24/24 and 365/365.

Most people see running as a boring type of exercise compared to high intensity training or circuit training workouts.
