The title of this blog adequately describes what happened the first session of week 2. The participants are in this program to improve their fitness levels, body comps and lifestyle. All the while having individual goals in a group environment. Okay- So what the heck happened last night?!?!  A few words come to mind; loaded for bear and challenge me with a butt kickin!  The workout was absolutely owned by each and every one of them!!!
