So true...eating right and exercising does sooooo much more than what you see in the mirror. Trust me, I wouldn't put it out there if it wasn't true! It not always about what you look like in the mirror...sometimes, just sometimes it's about being healthy! Stop striving for the 6-pack and start striving for better health by just moving more and eating a little better.
Well, it is the first week of the new year! What have you implemented as your new resolve? My choice was to try eating a raw vegan diet. No, it is not eating uncooked meat. Think vegetables, nuts, seeds, green "smoothie" drink, water...stuff that is good for you. My decision arose from some health concerns I've been facing for at least a couple years.
