So what is the best way to lose fat? Without a doubt, nothing tops the most basic approach: eat less calories, eat whole food sources, engage in resistance training (to build lean muscle and burn more calories), and throw in some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for good measure. Based on my experience and astute observation of my peers, nothing beats this strategy for effectiveness.
There is nothing more frustrating than going to the gym week after week without seeing progress. This is the unfortunate position that too many people find themselves in. Here are three common reasons why you might not be losing weight: 1. Your diet needs work
Get in a workout whenever or where ever you are! Seriously, there are times when I am folding laundry and I start to feel a small ball of frustration because I know I have something else to get done right after...So I see how long I can hold a squat or I do calf raises while folding. If I can't workout (in a grocery store, any place of worship) then I envision it. The more I envision it the more likely I am going to do it.
so rememebr I said i was injured , ha!!! not only my leg but my neck has been hindering my movements. I must extend this process to 45 days , seeing as this week, is practically a waste for me. I am teaching but half way, I have not done anything extra at all, and if I stop, then this puts me 1 week behind. I have to be fair to myself, because life happens, I used to push through the pain, but ya i was much younger and healed faster, now healing feels like im at turtle speed.
LUNCH
Hungry already? When eating today, put your fork down between bites and thoroughly chew your food. It is a effortless way to cut calories and also to enjoy your food more. No fork food for lunch? Put that sandwich down between bites for the same effect.
How much healthier is "healthy fast food"? My interest was sparked again this week with a new McDonald's commercial for the Egg White McMuffin. Egg whites have become the trend recently as a healthier food. The truth is, eggs are not unhealthy unless you eat a dozen a day, or you're trying to control cholesterol.

Here are some questions I would like for you to consider before you start your journey to looking awesome.
1. How busy is your life?- This will determine the length of time you exercise and how many days per week. Have to fit exercise into your life style, not the other way around.
