Women of the past and present have always taken on a heavy load as the home maker and many today as the breadwinner to. Women wear coutless hats to keep the home and everyone around them functioning.  That works great for everyone else, but then she is often left exhausted, stressed, adn feeling taken for granted.  I am learning how multi-tasking doesn't prove to be more productive, but merely creates unhealthy stress.
