If you've kept up with the workings of the food industry this past week, then you're likely to have heard that Whole Foods, the most popular chain of organic grocery stores in the United States, is dropping Chobani yogurt products from its offerings.
A quick reminder to be careful of false advertising for food. While we are all trying to eat healthier and make better choices, food companies are trying to figure out how to maintain or even boost sales. They'll throw on extra ads like "X Vitamins and Minerals" or "Protein Bars" or "Only 100 calories!"...
When I was 14 my mom went back to work. Since she was working in a department store, and sometimes working evenings I began to cook meals sometimes. My mom did not love to share her kitchen, so I had not done much cooking before that ( Though I think it is better to teach kids cooking early, I can understand that; she had five kids, and not a large amount of money so she worked extremely hard and kids can make a lot of mess in the kitchen.

You've been getting 6-8 hours of sleep more often than not, have eaten well a vast majority of the time and continue pushing your threshold in the gym. What gives? Aren't those three things the keys to avoiding a plateau and continual success? The answer: Yes and No.

Hey everybody! All of you know that I am a preacher when it comes to clean, healthy eating. My question to all of you is: how much thought do you put into what you eat? Really, think about it.
Eating less processed foods is going to give you more energy and help you maintain a healthy weight. The more nutrient dense foods you consume the less high-calorie, low nutrion foods you will eat. Go ahead and eat some pizza...can you make the pizza at home using high quality whole foods rather than purchasing a frozen or fast food pizza? Focus on the quality of the ingredients and putting high-nutrition foods i
