A friend of mine posted that she is getting fruit and vegetables from Bountiful Baskets. I looked at what she bought and for how much and I was amazed. She got a ton for so little money. For those who don't know, Bountiful Baskets is a food co-op. it's all volunteer so all your money goes toward the food you buy. You don't need to pay extra for buildings, employees, or utilities. For $15 you get a basket of 1/2 fruit and 1/2 vegetables. When I got my basket I couldn't believe how much it was.

So, nutrition seems to be the BIGGEST struggle for everybody. You don't have to be all crazy with it people, just make smart choices :)Here's a look at my daily meal plan as of right now.
