I have been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years now; and there have been some issues with my skin and hair care. Like most black women and women of color, my skin is normal to dry and so is my scalp. I’ve tried many products and I was looking for something that would moisturize my skin, my scalp and not have the natural oils being stripped away or have my skin oily or looking and feeling greasy. My family had the pleasure of going to a change of command ceremony this past Friday.  In the first five minutes, we were asked to "Please Stand Up!" and "Please Take Your Seats!", every 30 seconds.  And because it was a USMC change of command, well, you did as you were told!
