Although this was our first session these women were impressive. Following body comps and introductions the majoritiy participated in an Intro To Kettlebell Session. Doing so prepared them  for what's coming down the pipe.  The others rocked a water rower/kettlebell circuit.  Each group is assigned a trainer.  A portion of the training session is set for the group to discuss that days lession. FB groups allow us to break out with our coaching for some individual team coaching.  It hasn't happened yet but I suspect a bit of team competition is in our future.

This world is truly over-informed.  Think about it.  Every other infomercial has something to do with fitness.  These 'Fitness Transformation' TV shows are running rampant.  The internet is absolutely LITTERED with different programs that will all gurantee you the same result, "Lose weight in 21 days!" "Get diamond chisseled abs with this diet and exercise program in 30 days!"  "Become a different, healthier, and fitter you in 90 days!"

NEW IDEA
so i have been pondering and waiting and looking and trying to figure out what i can do with my life. I love what I do and I love hosting. So decided to put these 2 together. I need to get some people involved , camara crew, producer, editor, etC.. I have the fitness part down. but its the filming part ineed help with.. Now this is not going to be a paid venture even though i hope one day it will be. I need to shoot a PILOT. Then I can submit to TV producers and go from there. I was really hoping to get students who need experience or someone who is bored and needs a project.
