He specializes in strength training and conditioning, sports conditioning, corrective exercise, functional training, senior and youth fitness, TSAC, TRX suspension training, nutrition and weight management, balance training, speed, power, agility, reaction and quickness (SPARQ) pre/post natal fitness & strength and conditiong for the Fire Service and Fire Academy Recruits. Wayne has abundant in-depth experience with virtually every form of exercise but most of his clients say that his greatest asset is his ability to motivate and inspire people.
