I became an ACE-certified trainer in 1999 and have been helping people change their lives ever since! I believe in regular exercise along with sensible eating to achieve fitness goals. I do not believe in fad dieting, starvation or excessive exercising. Balance is essential to all aspects of life, including our fitness efforts. Different people have different goals and there is no one-size-fits-all program. I listen to each client as a unique individual and taylor their program based on their needs and experiences.
