I discovered the practice of Yoga as a teenager, then again in my late twenties when I learned I had functional scoliosis and a rotated pelvis. Over a five year period of practicing asana for 3-5 hours daily, I corrected the spinal curvature and de-rotated my pelvis. My own journey of healing has given me deep insights into the therapeutic and rehabilitative aspects of yoga practice. I offer each student individual assistance based upon specific needs. I enjoy sharing my experience with other teachers and practitioners of all traditions.
