Heike Yates, is the owner and CEO of HEYlifetraining with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. She received her Pilates certification through the Pilates Method Alliance, Quantum Pilates, and Physical Mind. Heike is a American Council on Exercise certified Personal Trainer, Red Ribbon Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist and a Road Runners of America certified Running Coach. Heike's coaching style is based on a strong mind body connection. She explores alternative methods to reach each client's specific goals. Heike trains a wide range of clients with varied abilities and ages, creating safe individualized programs to maximize your potential. Then those with therapeutic needs, such as Breast cancer survivors, post operational joint rehabilitation, scoliosis, stenosis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and osteoarthritis.
