Pilates Mat work - Partner required

This month I like to start out with a little segment which was filmed at Core Studios Inc. in Bethesda starring the wonderful runners of "Run Farther and Faster" (check out their blog) http://www.runfartherandfaster.blogspot.com/ 

After their very cold morning run they joined me at the studio for Pilates Mat work - todays twist "Partner required".

Learning how fun and beneficial Pilates can be after a run. Helping diminish the delayed onset of muscle soreness and increasing flexibility. Incorporating lateral strengthening moves as well as core specific exercises rounded out their class.
